Day 4: Reflection

Okay. Now you have gathered the gifts; it is time to face the shadow. What is the shadow? This is the part we have a hard time seeing: the unseen or unnamed places we are hurting ourselves and others. For Day 4 of our Warrior Goddess Anti-Resolution Challenge we focus on the stagnant, smelly, and stuck places within.

It is vital along with the gifts to also acknowledge where our strategies are rigid, armored, and even destructive. Today your challenge is to own and face the heaviness and heart-break of your strategy.
