Day 6: Noticing and Naming What You Need
You are deserving, Dear One,
Whether you have done every exercise, or you are just now starting the challenge, you are in the right place and right time. You can’t do it wrong. You are deserving, worthy, and wise.
For Day 6 of our Warrior Goddess Anti-Resolution Challenge we focus on the courage to name what you need.
Whew, this is not easy for some of us! Naming what your needs are (and understanding the difference between a need and a preference) is healing. Today your challenge is to go within to honor your needs, learn how to speak them, and hold yourself whether you get your needs met or not.
In the video and exercise we explore what is avoidance vs soothing; addiction vs support and how these look different for each strategy.
