You may cancel your membership in the Warrior Goddess Training Membership Circle at any time. To cancel your membership, please email us at hello@warriorgoddess.com and request your cancelation. Cancelation requests must be received at least 72 business hours prior to your next billing cycle. We cannot guarantee the processing of your request if it is not received at least 72 business hours prior to your next billing. You will continue to have access to the Circle through the end of your paid month (ex. if you are scheduled to renew on the 12th of the month, but request to cancel on the 1st, you will retain access until the 12th). No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

There are no refunds for our Teotihuacan, Mexico journeys and Firewalk Certification Training, though we are happy to transfer your payment to a future year. For some journeys, like Peru, funds cannot be transferred within 60 days of the trip.  For additional information please contact us at hello@warriorgoddess.com. 

For journeys and Firewalk Certification Training we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance. This will allow you to receive a full refund for your trip from the insurance company for a family emergency or illness. Please visit http://www.travelguard.com for more information.
