Payment Information

Registration for this event is non-refundable. You may request to transfer your registration to a different Amara Productions program/event. Your request must be received by October 1st, 2023.

Travel: Your registration does not include travel to/from the Warrior Heart Ranch, including flights or ground travel.

Meals: Your registration includes dinner on Thursday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner Friday - Sunday, and breakfast on Monday. Tea, coffee, and water will also be available.

Lodging: Your registration includes the option to camp on the land (bring your own equipment or use ours). You may also stay in town at one of the many hotels or airbnbs at your own additional expense. *There are no electrical or water hookups on the land.

COVID-19: All participants are required to present a negative COVID-19 test upon entry at the retreat. Testing must be completed within 72 hours of arrival. Rapid testing is likely available in surrounding towns, but it is your responsibility to secure your test.
